First off, she's extremely professional, very well-versed in her field, has very strong local connections, is very thorough with the buying process and I can count on her to be very honest and diligent with her interactions. As a person Carly is simply very sweet and kind. She is on the ball and highly responsive. When we needed her to coordinate and meet different vendors (ex: inspectors) at the house, she would always make herself available.
