On Friday, March 15th, the VIP Preview Party for the Upscale Resale event will take place at the Hotel Ballast followed by the sale open to the public on Saturday.
On Saturday, March 16th, be on the lookout for some fun St. Patrick's Day Festivities: The 20th Annual Steve Haydu St. Patrick's Lo Tide Run 5k walk/run and 10k at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, The Bourbon & BBQ Festival at Live Oak Bank Pavilion, and the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Downtown Wilmington!
